Preparations for a galactic adventure are underway with this year’s Operation Space VBS. Countdown has begun and involves assembling volunteers to serve in a variety of space stations including drama, skit backgrounds, snacks, crafts, teaching and leading teams of children through close encounters of the Biblical kind. Blast off for Operation Space is August 3-7th. Please contact Gayle Moussa, Janece Shellooe, Dawn Payne, Therese Menez or the church office (925-676-1584) to volunteer your gifts as we reach out to our community with the Gospel this VBS.
All-Church Camping Trip
July 16 to July 19th at Union Valley Reservoir in the El Dorado National Forest. Cost is $20 per family and $10 per person for all 4 days! For information and registration call the Church office at 925-676-1584.
Church Office
Many of you are aware by now that we will be letting our lease in our current office expire on July 31 in an effort to free up roughly $90,000/year that we’ve been paying in rent. Beginning June 15 construction begins on the new church office in the space presently occupied by rooms 203-205. Please pray for all the logistics that need to happen to allow the office to move into the new space before the end of July.
WOW
Wonderful Outings on Wednesdays (WOW) Come join us for a series of park outings on Wednesdays; June 10-July 29. It will be a time for moms with children of all ages to connect regularly during the summer for fellowship and encouragement. For more information contact Rainie Cuomo.
