**UPDATE**

Project Fellowship Special Offering

On July 13, we will be taking a special offering that will be used to offset the expenses for the new kitchen and classrooms. It is, and has been, our prayer to completely pay for this project without going into debt. Please pray about how you can sacrificially give toward this project.

Dear Grace Bible Church Family,

It was with great joy and confidence in God that on November 4th we committed our plan to proceed with the expansion of the Fellowship Hall to the Lord! We have titled this endeavor “Project: Fellowship” because we believe the changes will greatly enhance our ability to convene meetings of various sizes and promote the fellowship of our local church body.

The Specs:

The addition will include a kitchen, a sub-dividable area for storage and/or classroom use and space to house the book ministry. In addition, we also hope to update the Fellowship Hall by improving its appearance, lighting and general usability.

The Plan:

We have entered into a contract with Cornerstone Construction and hope to begin the project soon after Thanksgiving! Allowing for weather delays, the project should be completed within 6 months.

The Cost:

The estimated cost of the completed project is $450,000. We currently have $225,000 available and are carrying $188,000 in debt from the Worship Center completed in 2005. It is our prayer and confident hope that we can complete the project without any additional debt and even pay-off our existing debt as well!

The Means:

The cost can be reduced by utilizing some of our own skilled workers on various phases of the project! This is an advantage of working with Cornerstone. If you have skills and would like to volunteer some of your time and talents please contact Scott Denny.

We are asking every member and friend of our church family, to prayerfully consider giving towards this project. This can be done at any time by utilizing the giving envelopes and marking the building fund.

Pray diligently that God will be honored throughout this entire process and all the costs will be met through our own sacrificial giving of skills and funds. In addition, pray that our current debt will be paid off by the completion of the project.
